My training is based on enabling owners to get the very best out of their dog via the most modern, kindest, effective and scientifically proven dog training. I carefully structure my client's dog training plans to be easy to follow, helping to achieve set objectives.
The policies that I adhere to are written in the interest of safety, responsibility and care for dogs and their humans whilst in the care of Kirby Dog Services.
Aversive and harsh handling is forbidden. I will not tolerate choke chains and other punitive techniques. All of my training offered embraces humane, scientifically-sound training practices based on learning theory and understanding of canine behaviour, and excludes any pain-inducing, fear-inducing, or avoidance-based techniques.
Refunds cannot be given after your Training Programme has started.
Kirby Dog Services cannot accept responsibility for loss, injury or damage to person or property.

Sessions expire after 6 months of booking them.
Cancellation Policy: Fingers crossed you won't have to cancel but if you are unable to make one of my sessions please let me know as soon as possible to allow me the chance of filling your slot. Anything under 48 hours notice will incur a 50% charge and anything under 24 hours will be charged at full rate.
On rare occasions, I may have to cancel our session due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, if this is the case, I will try and accommodate you into my next available slot and try my best to give you as much notice as possible.
It is your responsibility to book in your sessions with me before they expire.
By booking a session or a block of sessions with me, you are agreeing with all of the above.
